| Summary: | The diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of stalking. This work is divided to teoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, first of all I focuse mainly on basic scientific informations that lead to understanding of this problem. I clarify a personality of an offender and victim, false victimization syndrome, cyberstalking and false myths about stalking. Then I indicate a context among domestic violence and stalking. I also describe The Czech policy through the basic legislation connected with analyzed problems and the analysis of its participants. At the end of the teoretical work i think about possible changes in current Czech policy. In the empirical part, I processed three case studies of the real ex-partner stalking. |
