| Summary: | Oral antidiabetics treatment is an integral part of complex therapy in type 2 diabetic pacients. This thesis provides a topical/up-to-date summary of diabetes pharmacology and of clinical application of oral antidiabetic agents. The individual chapters deal with single groups of used oral antidiabetic agents.
