Description
Summary:One of the frequent manifestations of the present day is an increasing number of civilization diseases, mainly defects of locomotive organs. Today's way of life conditioned by technical development and changed by living conditions gradually brings less and less incentives, which force human to versatile motional activity. Serious is the fact, that the defective posture and deformity of the spine have been already appearing at three-year-old children. These defects intesifyed and fixed during the pre-school period. The school attendance with prevailing sedentary activities can't set these defects right, on the contrary they get worse there.
