A part of the thesis focuses on the problematic of early training and postponed education. Another chapters present adaptation on schooling, possible problems and also specifics of work ofteachers during this period. The empiric part turns attention to variety of entry procedures on the base of aims, school and family cooperation and the concept. Attached is a research on the field of specifics of work of elementary teachers in Czech schools.
