Summary:The thesis has both, theoretical and research character. It is focused on the problems connected with discipline in beginner's teaching. The theoretical part clarifes the term of school discipline and describes its causes. There are presented strategies of discipline prevention and ways of discipline solutions. The empirical part describes a research that was aimed to find out teacher's view on indiscipline and it was intended to teacher's ways of prevention of indiscipline and their solutions.
