| Summary: | The presented diploma paper is focused on creation of. The aim of the exercise used in the classwork is fixation and expansion of the stuff with help of practical activities. The paper is meant to be a help for grammar school teachers above all. It is so elaborated that it makes work in class easier. The theoretical part contains the analysis of the "Frame education programme" and skilful literature. This analysis was a base for creation of a layout of laboratory exercises. It is also possible to use it in preparation and realization of this exercise in a class. In the practical part there are three proposed laboratory exercises and methodical instructions for teachers. Microbiology exercises were successfully proved at grammar school. The suggested exercises, methodical instructions and theoretical base simplify the work for teachers in theme microbiology at grammar school. |
