Summary:The thesis focuses on the problems of integration of pupils with the special educational needs into the mainstream schools. It deals with the terminology connected with this topic and law adjustment of the integration in the Czech Republic. The author analyses the meaning, contribution and obstacles in the process of the integration at school, describes the conditions and competencies of the relevant factors. The aim of the research is to find out and compare opinions, pieces of experience and needs of students, beginning teachers and integrating teachers in the sphere of the integration of pupils with the special educational needs into the mainstream schools. The thesis isldetermined to beginning teachers.
