| Summary: | This diploma thesis deals with CLIL. Its aim is to describe the main principles of this method and how CLIL is implemented into lessons in two Czech schools. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is concerned with the forms, historical development and aims of CLIL. It also maps the methodology including information about target language, suitable subjects for CLIL, possibilities and difficulties of its implementation. The final chapter of the theoretical part deals with CLIL in the Czech Republic. The practical part is aimed at the analysis of CLIL in two Czech schools. The research is based on the observation of CLIL lessons at these schools. The part of the research is to analyse the questionnaries for teachers and interviews with students focused on their views and experience with CLIL. |
