| Summary: | Total Quality Leadership (TQL) activities commenced in the Turkish Army Academy in early 1997. This thesis investigates the current implementation status of TQL in Turkish Army Academy through a TQL Climate Survey and interviews. The data suggest that while quality is important to the Academy, the officers are not confident that the TQL program will help them achieve it. The compatibility of the TQL philosophy with Turkish Army Academy is discussed. Recommendations are also provided. |
