One of the factors that boosted this ability was the evolution of the Web Servers. Using the web server technology man can be connected and exchange information with the most remote places all over the world. So, the web can he thought as a mass medium. This study will provide the necessary information required to configure a Web Server within the boundaries of an academic Internet.
