Description
Summary:MBA Professional Report === Approved for public release, distribution unlimited === This project compared risk, insurance benefits and motivation factors for contractors and U.S. Military personnel serving in Iraq and Afghanistan from 2009 to 2011. More contractors were killed than military personnel from January to June 2010 (Schooner and Swan, 2010). Findings revealed the following (1) contractors' medical insurance benefits were equitable to the U.S. Military personnel, (2) real inequity existed between contractor disability compensation insurance and the military personnel's benefits, (3) and real inequity existed between a contractor's death benefits and the U.S. Military personnel's death benefits.
