Examined are the effectiveness and impact of a number of currently implemented counter-radicalization strategies and community outreach programs in the United States, particularly by the New York City Police Department (NYPD) and the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, as well as in countries abroad in the United Kingdom (UK), Amsterdam and Scandinavia.
