Not believed to be a CIVINS (Civilian Institutions) title. The two satellites of Mars, Phobos and Deimos, are investigated in depth from the time of their speculative prediction by Swift in 1726 and their discovery by Hall in 1877 up until the latest observations during the 1967 opposition.
