Description
Summary:Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited. === The sound distribution everywhere within a wedge-shaped fluid overlying either a slow or a fast bottom was studied. Collecting all the results of the previous works in this area and overviewing them has been the primary purpose. All the cases reported earlier have been studied, and some new ones have been added. The variation of the transition point distance with the shore distance as a variable was observed. In addition, the isopressure patterns were verified by calculating the pressure amplitudes in axial direction.
