Summary: | Approved for public release; distribution unlimited === During January 1979 VP-31, the West Cost P-3 Fleet Replacement Squadron, implemented
an Instructional System Development based training program. Due to
monetary, manpower, and time constraints, the evaluation phase of the new
training program was not completely developed or implemented. This thesis
examines the current status of the external evaluation portion of the new
training program in an attempt to determine the feasibility of its completion
and implementation. The external evaluation plan is related to the Interservice
Procedures for Instructional System Development Model. From this analysis, a better understanding of the plan is gained and recommendations for an improved
external evaluation program and training system are presented. |
