Our methodology was to analyze the item marking process to determine the optimal marking procedure for items that bypassed the MPSF. Logical Decisionsᆰ for Windows was utilized to determine the best course of action with regard to cost, crew burden, compliance achievement, and reduced mistakes. It was determined that, among five possible courses of action, waiting for a maintenance availability was the optimal solution. 2012-08-22T15:32:37Z 2012-08-22T15:32:37Z 2010-06 http://hdl.handle.net/10945/10524 This publication is a work of the U.S. Government as defined in Title 17, United States Code, Section 101.
