This is critically true for Early Childhood Development interventions given their ability to positively impact the school-readiness of learners and thus improve education outcomes. This exploratory investigation examined relevant Social Impact Bonds from other markets and concluded that their implementation is likely to find traction within an emerging market context such as South Africa.
