A case study approach was used and the campus of choice was Ga-Rankuwa campus. The study listed a number of findings including lack of excellent student service provision, lack of staff commitment and lack of information provision. The study showed that students were not satisfied with the performance of the registration process. Factors affecting the performance of the registration process include student financial problems, and student exclusion. The study concludes with recommendations, including multiple registration methods to reduce the long queues and a student feedback system, which can help management to measure customer satisfaction and the performance of the registration system. 2008 Text PDF en © Tshwane University of Technology http://encore.tut.ac.za/iii/cpro/DigitalItemViewPage.external?sp=1000962 |
