Description
Summary:Thesis (DTech. degree in Language Dynamics)--Tshwane University of Technology. === Globally, in local communities and corporate life, it is agreed that challenges posed by explosive change should be addressed in a more effective, smarter way; and that solutions should be found through creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. Systems for the enhancement of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship are often not focused, coherent and integrated and generally only accessible to a fortunate minority. Without a culture of creative thinking skills, innovation and entrepreneurship, an African Renaissance, a United States of Africa, or a globally competitive South Africa, will only remain a gamble for miracles…..or a dream. A situational analysis concluded that the time is ripe for the national development of a language and culture of creative thinking and innovation for entrepreneurship. The development of successful innovative entrepreneurs should start before birth, followed by a value chain of five stages, through adulthood. An integrated sociolinguistic model was developed for corporate involvement in cooperation with research and training institutions like university centres for entrepreneurship and language dynamics. . Guidelines are given for a clear operations structure and management control system, to ensure corporate governance best practices and to get corporate involvement and sponsorship.
