The aim of the newsletter was said to be: a) to provide a forum for open debate and of self-criticism and evaluation; b) to discuss some of the concrete problems facing the project; c) to raise more general and topical issues related to the practice of education; d) to include general information and news. This first newsletter was produced by the Durban branch of LACOM.
