Description
Summary:"Junior college libraries have been concerned with the development of standards for junior college libraries for a member of years. The first effort in that direction was begun in 1930 with the organization of the Junior College Libraries Round Table of the American Library Association. Since 1940, when it became the Junior College Libraries Section of the same Association, it continued its Standards Committee for the purpose of following through on its objective, the development of effective evaluative criteria.
