| Summary: | The purpose of this research project was to analyze the reasons why foreign tourists visit Taiwan and their impact on the tourism industry in Taiwan.

The study was concluded by supporting the hypothesis. The hypothesis stated that the attitude and the motivation of foreign tourists is identifiable. |
