Summary:Many teachers of Mathematics in grades seven and eight, in Indianapolis, have expressed a desire for objective tests based upon each of the different units of work taught. They felt that with desirable tests they would be able to do a better piece of teaching, and that the pupils would benefit greatly from the use of such tests. This study was commenced in an effort to provide these needed tests.
