Description
Summary:This dissertation presents a few of the many legal problems which confront the educator. This field of investigation is not new to the teacher, but it is hoped that the facts which have been brought together for this particular consideration, seemingly for the first time in any study, will prove as helpful to the reader as the work has been beneficial to the writer. It endeavors to do two things; first, to determine the teacher's status in Indiana and second, to discover what protection the state and its agent, the court afford the teacher.
