Bill (1965) and Bill and Helsing (1965) were among the first to report on the existence of a uveoscleral pathway for the d rainage of aqueous humor. Prior to their work, the conventional, or trabecular pathway, was thought to be the only method of drainage. This paper will analyze the anatomy in the order of production, movement, and drainage of the aqueous humor. Following that will be a discussion of aqueous humor physiology, including pharmacological effects of p rostaglandins. Finally, there will be an examination of measurement techniques. 2031-01-01 2019-09-26T15:15:36Z 2000 2000 Thesis/Dissertation b22931673 https://hdl.handle.net/2144/38091 11719022827986 99182856210001161 en_US Boston University |
