Summary: | This research explores the relationship between physical, social and behavioral aspects of organizational structures. It analyses the issue of physical structure as an environmental determinant of job satisfaction and the issue of management style as an organizational determinant of job satisfaction. It is an attempt to bring together analyses from these three different areas which, despite having the same user as their ultimate focus of interest, still tend to concentrate only upon the analysis factors specific to their own area. |
