The current study aimed to explore resilience amongst staff working in a paediatric trauma health setting. Seven health professionals were recruited and the data analysed using Interpretative Phenomenological Approach (IPA). The findings highlight the importance of self-awareness in understanding resilience amongst professionals working in this context. This was particularly in considering the professional and physical limitations of the individual.
