The CCQE model in NEUT is fit to published data from the MiniBooNE experiment to inform the size of the prior systematic uncertainties associated with the charged-current quasielastic interaction mode. The priors were applied in the 2012 T2K analyses. The fit required development of monte carlo reweighting functions which allowed changes to the nuclear model to be simulated.
