Appearance of resistant strains of staphylococci to antibiotics has removed the umbrella of safety offered at first by these antibiotics. The present study of boils was carried out in general practice. The writer has noticed that most of the patients suffering from boils were also suffering from allergic diseases^ and he decided to investigate them closely.
