Electrocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide with Group 6, 7 and 8 transition metal diimine complexes

Cyclic voltammetry and IR/UV-Vis spectroelectrochemistry have been used to investigate the electrochemical behaviour and electrocatalytic reduction of CO, for several Group 6, 7 and 8 transition metal α-diimine carbonyl complexes.
