Signalling mechanisms underlying P2Y receptor- mediated vasoconstruction in pulmonary arteries
The contractile P2Y receptor subtypes present in the rat small pulmonary artery were characterised using pharmacological tools and molecular techniques. Furthermore, the underlying signalling mechanisms of P2Y receptor-induced contractions were described.
