A Band-Width Limiting Circuit Improves Telemetry System Operation

International Telemetering Conference Proceedings / October 29-November 02, 1990 / Riviera Hotel and Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada === Present bandwidth limiters use a six-pole bessel filter approach to limit the power bandwidth of the transmitter to IRIG-106-86 requirements. However, the fil...

LORAL CONIC International Telemetering Conference Proceedings / October 29-November 02, 1990 / Riviera Hotel and Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada Present bandwidth limiters use a six-pole bessel filter approach to limit the power bandwidth of the transmitter to IRIG-106-86 requirements. However, the filter must be reconfigured if frequency changes in the data stream are desired for system requirement purposes, eg. adding encryption. The circuits set forth herein will provide for frequency change of the data stream while also providing a power increase by reducing the out of band power. 1990-11 text Proceedings 0884-5123 0074-9079 http://hdl.handle.net/10150/613455 http://arizona.openrepository.com/arizona/handle/10150/613455 International Telemetering Conference Proceedings en_US http://www.telemetry.org/ Copyright © International Foundation for Telemetering International Foundation for Telemetering
