The system architecture is composed of two main parts - the Data Interface Adapter (or DIA, which runs under VxWorks and is implemented using C/C++) and the RICS console PC (which runs under Windows 2000 and is implemented in Java). CORBA is used to provide communication between the RICS console and DIA. This paper describes the design of the system, focusing primarily on the DIA software. 2001-10 text Proceedings 0884-5123 0074-9079 http://hdl.handle.net/10150/607577 http://arizona.openrepository.com/arizona/handle/10150/607577 International Telemetering Conference Proceedings en_US http://www.telemetry.org/ Copyright © International Foundation for Telemetering International Foundation for Telemetering
