One obvious source of COTS solutions is FTI equipment, since this equipment is rugged, compact and state of the art. However, issues associated with even greater reliability demands and tolerance to radiation effects have to be considered. This paper discusses the use of COTS FTI data acquisition and recording equipment on board spacecraft vehicle. It describes techniques used to characterize and qualify this equipment for space missions and demonstrates its practical usage with a case study. 2011-10 text Proceedings 0884-5123 0074-9079 http://hdl.handle.net/10150/595752 International Telemetering Conference Proceedings en_US http://www.telemetry.org/ Copyright © held by the author; distribution rights International Foundation for Telemetering International Foundation for Telemetering |
