His voice is in reqular type and is excerpted from his book The Other Side of Nowhere.</p> <p>My own voice is in italics and is excerpted from ruminations and mumblings in my mind.</p> <p>The fourth voice, on the transparent overlays, is the Trickster voice, also known as Coyote woman.
