The data are analyzed with the graphical tool of the scatterplot and a Non-linear Canonical Correlation Analysis, a variation of the classical multivariate method, that by using a neural network model is able to handle not linear relationships. From the data analysis, it is possible to identify that different areas have different contribution in shaping the water quality at the facility of Lovön, but also that this pattern of contribution is strongly affected by the season inside the analyzed year.
