Summary: | The purpose of this study is to find out how to select which end users that shouldparticipate in user tests of the system and how many end users who will participatein these user tests. The method used in this study was semi-structured interviews at acompany that has worked with usability testing of a system that is used in the publicsector and therefore have many different types of users. The result of this study showsthat since the system has many different types of users the requirements on whichend users actually will be testing the system are high. The results also pointed to theneed for more end users performing user tests than is usually done, and that thecompany lacks a systematic way to identify and select end users to perform usertesting. |
