Prior research has shown that satisfaction with one’s job is important for the physical and mental well behind of the workers. It has also been shown that the general conduct of bosses and employees, in regards to work harassment, insults and rumours, can affect the workers’ health and motivation to perform well. The results from the interviews will show that the two participants’ stories corroborates what is being presented in previous research.
