Description
Summary:This study aims to understand the exposure among sport managers in ice hockey and soccer. With the exposure as the starting point the factors leadership, motivation and support at work are used to understand the exposure. Respondents in the study are six individuals working nowdays or in the past as sport managers. A qualitative method has been used with semi structured interviews to collect the data. The data collected was encoded with the help of previous research about the factors. The result of the study indicates that the exposure among sport managers is always present and can be handled in different ways. Further the result of the study indicates that the support for the sport managers is deficient. The study also indicates that motivation is related to exposure among sport managers.
