Description
Summary:In this master thesis, I will concentrate on the increasing interest for the research field of conservation biology, and what it can do to contribute to turn the future development in a more sustainable direction for a local community. Conservation biology is the knowledge about how we can utilise nature in a sustainable way. The term is comprehensive, but this thesis will focus on a small part, namely to investigate the role of education and the impact it may have on people’s behaviour and attitudes towards the African wild dog (Lycaon pictus).
