Whilst doing this we have to keep in mind the importance of making sure that the text will work in its new cultural situation. This study will also bring up the other factors that will have to be respected and taken into account in order to place the text correctly in the new cultural and moral context. We have used Vinay and Darbelent’s methodology to help us with both the translation and the following study. In order to succeed with the translation in the best way, we have also consulted some other theories related to medical and technical translation. This study shows that a translator can with the right knowledge and small means make a text suitable for a target culture. However, it is important to know that language skills are not enough to do this. It is also important to know the subject of the text and the circumstances in which it will work.
