| Summary: | SMC Pneumatics is a world leading company in pneumatics. In Sweden, they have about one third of the pneumatic market. The company has noticed that their air preparation series not always have the appearance that the costumers are looking for. Their competitors have on their similar products put more effort in making them more attractive. To solve this problem it has in this project been developed a concept for a Form Shell. The Form Shell is designed to be made of plastic and to fit the most common air preparation combination. The Form Shell gives the product a more uniform and attractive appearance. === SMC Pneumatics är ett världsledande pneumatikföretag. I Sverige står de för ca en fjärdedel av pneumatikmarknaden. Företaget har uppmärksammat att deras luftberedningsserie inte alltid når upp till de utseendemässiga förväntningar som ställs på den. Deras konkurrenter har på sina motsvarande produkter lagt mer resurser på att förfina utseendet. För att finna en lösning på detta har det i detta projekt tagits fram ett koncept på ett Formskal. Formskalet som är i plast kan monteras på den vanligaste luftberedningskombinationen. Formskalet gör att produkten får ett mer enhetligt och tilltalande utseende. |
