Det här arbetet undersöker ett problem med materialhantering hos den global tillverkare av tunga fordon.Real-Time Location System-lösningar undersöks utifrån den trådlösa teknik som används förkommunikation i en miljö där många metalliska halvfabrikat kan störa trådlösa signaler. Det analyserasom det definierade användningsfallet kan lösas med en "off-the-shelf" -lösning utan störreinfrastrukturförändringar.
