Currently, the science park seems not yet to take advantage of the potential momentum of the respondents or bottom-up initiatives where tenants maintain the environment mutually under trust. I discuss the merits and challenges in such resource and knowledge sharing in the business development support and governance as a new way of unique business incubator and science-park management, focusing on networking.
