Summary: | My journey from an over-practice injury to the final exam concert on a master level. I start with my background and with investigating the possible reasons for my injuries, then continue with providing solutions to my problems. The solutions consist of technical advice, knowledge of ergonomy, information on the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais and the psychological factors. The goal of this thesis was to manage to perform the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto and get away from that experinece without renewing my injury. |
