To avoid conflicts it’s important to make all expectations on the executive equivalent. This can be done by defining the roles of the executives in a philosophy. The philosophy then must be anchored in the corporate culture to become permanent. The purpose of this essay is therefore to show what a change look like when a professional bureaucracy chose to introduce a managerial philosophy and the problems that may arise during the work.
