This master aims to study a “good example” to see what makes it successful in the terms of organizational conditions, profession, authority and legitimacy as well as knowledge creation. The theoretical frames are Folkesson’s (2004) theory of the dimensions of co-operation and Nonaka’s theory (1995) of knowledge creation. The result is based on four interviews with leaders and teachers, together with an analysis of written documents. My results show that the success in this studied example is related to organizational conditions, profession, authority, legitimacy and knowledge creation in many ways.
