Description
Summary:碩士 === 僑光科技大學 === 國際貿易運籌研究所 === 100 === Function of electric consumer product is to change with each passing day recently. People have more and more dependence on the requirement of 3C product. The requirement of market is forward to the innovative direction of new type, new function, new modeling and the consumer have the more and more choices. The enterprise try their best to take the lead in implementing their new developmental product to the market and sell .And to be the unique in the market. So the developmental speed and the lead time are the main key of the enterprise competition. But it is an series of complicated procedure during the process of new product development. Hence our research is to analysis the key factor during the stage of new product development by document research and expert’s questionnaire. To offer the key performance index of smart phone during the stage of new product development with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method could be as a reference for the enterprise and the scholar. The results indicate that the overall weight and performance ranking of the evaluation criteria which “customers satisfaction (24.10%)”, “research and development (23.10%)“, and “product qulity (21.60%)“ are more important in the performance index for new product development (NPD) process. Moreover, “ project cost (15.00%) ”, “business organization (8.3%) ”, and “market (7.90%)” are not critical evaluation factors for new product development process. This research developed a useful model with related critical performance indicators to raise firm’s performance in NPD process.
