碩士 === 僑光科技大學 === 國際貿易研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to investigate Taichung City labor’s background influence on their participating in leisure activity type.“A Questionnaire of the Differ with Demographic and Participating in Leisure Activity Type” was used a tool to collect raw data and to do the survey. This research use the Taichung City’s labor as population for the study, researched by literature review and questionnaires method. A total of 300 questionnaires, 278 effective recycling questionnaires and the effective recovery rate is 93%. Descriptive statistics and chi-square test were used to analyze the collection f questionnaires. The research’s findings are as follows. In the current situations of Taichung City labors, there are 59% women including single, married and have children, haven’t children accounted for half of the population. Most of 70.9% labors engaged in service industry including 25-44 years young adult labors, education (university and junior college) and average income 20,000-34,999 for every month. Taichung City’s labors differ with age, education and service property are consider that leisure activities help them relieve stress. Taichung City’s labors perform variously in average actual participating in leisure activity for a week according to their different sex, education and average income for a month. However, Taichung City’s labors perform variously engaged in leisure activity spend for a month according to their different marital status, have (haven’t) children and average income for a month. Finally, according the research findings, some suggestions are purposed for government, enterprise and labors. This had great effect upon leisure activity to increase diversified economy, cultural development, personnel training, enterprise goal’s dedicate and labor’s many-sided participate.
