In Taiwan, however, the total number of young kids becomes less and less due to the low birth rate. Under the circumstances, statistics are the major way for comparing the physical development between child and child, and the height is a significant index. Shorter children may be victims of several factors, such as genes, delayed puberty, or other health problems. To improve this physical defect, people need to be more careful for children’s development in puberty, and take actions to deal with the problem, if there is any. In recent years, it is commoner and commoner to see signs of early puberty in much younger kids, including manifestations of secondary sexual characteristics, and accelerated growth rate. In this study, we use information of height growth for analysis, and also implement the expert system. We hope to achieve the goal of helping early detection and early treatment. This study is based on the statistics of ethnic Chinese population growth offered by the vice president of China Medical University. We built the relational database with Microsoft SQL Server 2008, and completed the correlation analysis model by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013. We aim to analyse every key point of children’s development from the statistics, and construct an analysis and expert system focusing on children’s growth.
